Right of Return

You have the right to return, exchange, or request a refund for your order within fourteen days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

The return period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Returns

You may return your item within the fourteen day period without incurring any handling or processing fees from us.

Please note that you are responsible for organizing and paying the shipping costs for returning the goods to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in a condition that allows us to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, the item must not be used beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Returning the product in its original packaging is recommended to ensure safe transport and to help avoid any damage.

Reduction of Refund Value

If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Any loss in value resulting from excessive handling, use, damage, or missing parts may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them.

If the return meets the conditions stated above, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement product, depending on your request.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
